Dr. MGR Janaki College Internet Radio broadcasts programs exclusively for campuses in Tamil Nadu

Chennai (Tamil Nadu) [India]Feb. 7 (ANI/NewsView): Dr. MGR Janaki College of Arts & Science for Women Students’ 24/7 Internet Radio, launched earlier this month, broadcasts information on education and development professional in English and Tamil, targeting female students in higher education. state educational institutions.
The radio – called MJC Campus Radio – is available on Younify, a mobile campus radio platform, downloadable from Google Play Store and Apple Store. The programs, created by college students from different disciplines, include interviews with business leaders, academics, and educational talks — in addition to content on health care, news, and college events. Programs demonstrating student creativity are also broadcast live.

The 80-student team includes 50 radio jockeys (RJs), all trained by professional RJs, audio editors, graphic designers and program managers. The college provides facilities for on-site registrations. A dedicated teaching team accompanies the students. The college tapped MIT Square, a technology company, as a knowledge partner. Special programs are promoted on social media and they reach thousands of listeners from various campuses around the world.
